With its large dimensions, parking facilities, and state-of-the-art amenities, the NLGS Dining Hall is designed to provide a seamless and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Now, we are delighted to extend the opportunity for you to harness the potential of our exceptional facilities. Our school hall, in particular, stands as a coveted venue for a wide range of events. It includes special occasion parties, dinner dances, corporate functions, and even filming and photographic shoots. It’s not just a hall; it’s a canvas for your vision.

Dining Hall:

Picture a grand dining hall, capable of hosting up to 136 guests in elegant comfort. Our ten generously sized 200-diameter round tables are tailor-made for weddings, birthdays, and special ceremonies, with each table graciously accommodating 10-12 guests. For added flair, we offer four square tables, each designed for intimate gatherings of four.

But that’s just the beginning. Elevate your event with our state-of-the-art sound and video system, ensuring every moment is seen and heard in pristine clarity. As a bonus, we provide a grand piano and a Smart TV for additional entertainment options. Whether you’re organizing presentations, conferences, or gatherings, our two lapel microphones and two standard microphones make seamless communication effortless. Need a stage to command the room? We’ve got a 12-square-meter (129 sq.) stage setup available for an additional fee.

We prioritize your guests’ comfort with two women’s and two men’s restrooms and quiet rooms for moments of tranquility. For any celebration, presentation, or special occasion, our dining hall is fully equipped to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

a. Tables:

  • 10 large round tables (200 cm diameter)
  • 12 square tables (70 cm sides)
  • 4 small rectangular tables (121 cm x 68 cm)
  • 3 large rectangular tables (292 cm x 77 cm)

b. Chairs: 136 comfortable soft chairs

     3. Ample Parking: Enjoy free parking for up to 50 cars.

Affordable Charges for Dining Hall:

  • Hourly Rate: £55 per hour (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
    • £50 for non-profit organizations (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
  • Caretaker Fee: £80 for a minimum of 5 hours booking, plus an additional £10 per hour for extra hours. (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
  • Optional Cleaning Fee: £100 for cleaning services if arranged by us, or you can choose to leave the hall clean. (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
  • Parking: No additional charge for parking up to 50 cars.
  • Quiet Rooms: Free access to quiet rooms for male and female meditation, reflection, prayer, or any other acceptable use.
  • PC Computer, Sound System, and Projector: Available at no additional cost.

Culinary Excellence in Our Kitchen:

Our kitchen is a bustling epicentre of culinary creativity, where our skilled team diligently prepares daily meals for 200-250 individuals. When you choose to rent our facility, you gain access to the culinary expertise of our team, capable of seamlessly catering to gatherings of up to 250-300 guests upon request. Our kitchen is not just a space; it’s a canvas for your culinary desires. For an additional fee, you can unlock the full potential of this versatile space, customizing it to suit your specific culinary needs.

Canteen Area – Your Oasis of Comfort and Fun:

Our canteen area is a vibrant oasis, offering a haven for relaxation and entertainment. With seating for up to 40 people, this space is the ideal setting for both students during school days and event attendees. Inside, you’ll find one cutting-edge smart television and four exhilarating table tennis tables. You’ll also get an exciting table-football setup, ensuring an atmosphere filled with enjoyment and recreation.

Affordable Charges for Canteen area:

  • Hourly Rate: £30 per hour (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
  • Caretaker Fee: £80 for a minimum of 5 hours booking, plus an additional £10 per hour for extra hours. (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
  • Optional Cleaning Fee: £50 for cleaning services if arranged by us, or you can choose to leave the hall clean. (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
  • Parking: No additional charge for parking up to 50 cars.
  • Please remember: You’ll have NO ACCESS to PC Computer, Sound System, and Projector in the canteen area.
  • Please remember: Moving the tables and chairs is not included in the price.  

MUGA (Multi-Use Gaming Area) – Where Fun Knows No Limits:

Our multi-purpose sports area, known as the MUGA, is a dynamic playground with an area of 18 m x 38 m where sports enthusiasts can indulge in their passions. This versatile space accommodates a wide range of activities, and for those seeking a touch of whimsy, we offer the option to install a Bouncy Castle, adding a playful dimension to your events. With our advanced field lighting, your evening programs will shine as brightly as the day.

Car Parking and Garden – Tailored to Your Needs:

Adjacent to our dining hall, our extensive parking area can comfortably accommodate up to 50 cars. You can also get an additional 30-car capacity on the reception side with an extra payment. They all offer the flexibility you require. We understand that every event is unique, which is why we provide customizable options for our garden and parking areas to align with your specific event requirements. Whether you’re planning a bustling bazaar, a heartwarming charity event, or a vibrant social gathering, our car park and garden serve as the perfect backdrop for your vision.

Classrooms:

Our classrooms are perfect for a variety of educational and training purposes, whether for small or large groups. Each classroom is equipped with Smart TVs, creating an engaging and modern learning environment. With a seating capacity of 24 people in each classroom, you’ll find a comfortable and conducive space for your educational needs.

Kitchen and Food Services:

  • Catering by NLGS: We offer top-notch catering services. Please contact us for rates.
  • Heating Facilities: Free use of our facilities for heating food in your own cauldrons, pots, or baking trays. Please note that cooking or frying is not permitted.
  • Cutlery and Plates: These items are available for use when we provide the catering. They will not be available if you choose to arrange an external caterer.

Important Information:

  • Fire/Smoke Policy: No fire or smoke is permitted. A reasonable number of candles is allowed.
  • No-Alcohol Policy: As an educational institution, no alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises.
