General Information

A scholarship is awarded solely in recognition of a pupil’s academic or co-curricular ability in art, music or sport. Scholarships are not means-tested.

At NLGS, scholarships are awarded to pupils aged 11 and over and those resident in the UK.

Each year the School sets a budget for scholarships, based on anticipated sources of funding. Only in exceptional circumstances will the School exceed this limit.

Scholarships are awarded as a deduction towards the cost of day fees. NLGS’s scholarship awards for the academic year of 2014-2015 are as follows:

Scholarship application can be made through our online scholarship application form under the admissions menu.

The process

All scholarship applications will be assessed by the School Management Committee and relevant subject teachers. The decision about successful applications will be made in mid-August.

Terms and conditions of the scholarship award will be made available by August.
