The dining hall is a large practical space used during the school day and available for hire outside of school hours. It is well suited for a range of events, whether you are planning a birthday party, wedding ceremony, corporate event, or a grand celebration, The hall offers generous floor space, on-site parking and convenient access to facilities. Layouts can be adapted to suit different types of events, making it a flexible venue for organisers and your guests.

The dining hall can accommodate up to 136 guests. It includes ten large round tables (200cm diameter), each seating 10–12 people, and four square tables suitable for smaller groups of up to four.
Audio and visual facilities are available, including a sound system, video display and Smart TV. For events requiring amplification, two lapel microphones and two standard microphones can be provided. A 12 square metre stage is also available for hire if required.
The space includes convenient access to womens and mens toilets, as well as quiet rooms for guests who may need them. The hall is suitable for a range of events and is equipped to support different event layouts and requirements.

– Optional Cleaning Fee: £100 for cleaning services if arranged by us, or you can choose to leave the hall clean. (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
– Parking: No additional charge for parking up to 50 cars.
– Quiet Rooms: Free access to quiet rooms for male and female meditation, reflection, prayer, or any other acceptable use.
– PC Computer, Sound System, and Projector: Available at no additional cost.
The school kitchen prepares daily meals for approximately 200–250 people. When the venue is hired, catering support can be provided for events of up to 250–300 guests, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Use of the kitchen and catering services is available for an additional fee. Details can be discussed in advance to ensure arrangements meet the needs of the event.

The separate canteen area provides additional seating and social space for both students and event guests. It can accommodate up to 40 people and is suitable for informal use alongside the main dining hall.
The area includes a Smart TV, four table tennis tables and a table football table, offering simple recreational facilities for breaks and downtime.
Charges for Canteen Area:
– Hourly Rate: £30 per hour (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)
– Caretaker Fee: £80 for a minimum of 5 hours booking, plus an additional £10 per hour for extra hours. (exclusive of VAT, where applicable)

– Please remember: You’ll have NO ACCESS to PC Computer, Sound System, and Projector in the canteen area.

Our multi-purpose sports area, known as the MUGA, is a dynamic playground with an area of 18 m x 38 m where sports enthusiasts can indulge in their passions. This versatile space accommodates a wide range of activities, and for those seeking a touch of whimsy, we offer the option to install a Bouncy Castle, adding a playful dimension to your events. With our advanced field lighting, your evening programs will shine as brightly as the day.
The parking area adjacent to the dining hall can accommodate up to 50 vehicles. Additional parking for up to 30 cars is available near the reception area, subject to an additional fee.
The garden and parking areas can be used in different ways depending on the nature of the event, by prior arrangement. These outdoor spaces are suitable for a range of activities, including community events and social gatherings.
Our classrooms are available for educational and training use and can accommodate groups of up to 24 people per room. Each classroom is equipped with a Smart TV, providing suitable facilities for presentations and teaching sessions.
These spaces are suitable for meetings, workshops and training events, with layouts that can be arranged according to requirements.
